Let’s face it. It’s exhausting to try to make everyone happy and to be everything to them which leaves you with nothing for yourself. All you want is to feel loved, to be respected, to feel seen. Imagine feeling whole within yourself, and connecting with people who see you for you, spend quality time with you, and not only respect your needs, they want to meet your needs too. I’m here to be a listening ear, to help you escape the negative cycles, and rebuild your confidence to live your life boldly and authentically.

  • You can select weekly sessions or bi-weekly sessions for your journey to self-love. Weekly sessions allow for us to get deep and identify the problem areas at a quicker rate, however bi-weekly sessions allow space for client’s who need more maintenance support.

  • Through my self-worth coaching, I can help you unlock your potential and lead a life full of confidence and self-love. With a flexible coaching package that fits your schedule, we'll create a customized plan to break free from limiting beliefs, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate fulfilling relationships.
